Fuck the academy
A producer of the war story "The Hurt Locker" will not be allowed to attend Sunday's Academy Awards because of e-mails he sent urging academy members to vote for his movie, Oscar overseers said Tuesday.
that was a new blip i saw today........
this is really funny to me because here's a director that is pushing for his movie. Ok its against the rules.
However Roman Polanski in 2002 received the Academy Award for Best Director for his film, The Pianist. This man pled guilty to unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. He fucked a 13 year old girl in LA.....RAPE......HE FUCKING RAPED A 13 YEAR OLD GIRL. then to spit in Americas face even more to avoid sentencing he ran off to France where they wouldn't extradite him back to the United states.
they ll give an Oscar to a guy who raped a young girl and the crowd commends him for his fantastic film (yawnfest) but we ban a director when he sends out a few emails telling a few people "Hey vote for my movie"

I think the weird part.......stay with me here.......i have a theory........The Academy will glorify a child rapist but condemn a guy who really wanted his film to win so he stepped across the line a bit................so the Academy like Child rapists but hates cheaters................some academy members like to rape kids but feel bad for cheating there wives.................the Academy is filled with self hating child molesters.
There, its out there. My logic is sound.
